Shipping & Returns
All Alba Nera eyewear is assembled to order by hand with extreme care to meet the brand’s high quality standards.
This level of demand naturally limits Alba Nera’s production capacity and high demand may limit the availability and lead times of some models.
On average, except for high demand, Alba Nera glasses are made in 5 days and shipped the next day.
The new Alba Nera eyewear is available exclusively through official retailers. The official Alba Nera retailers will be able to inform you about the availability of the different models.
SHIPPING FRANCE & EUROPE
– Free ground shipping on all domestic orders.
– We ship all orders Monday – Friday within 24-48 hours of receipt of purchase from our Bastia workshop (excluding holidays.)
– Orders with overnight shipping will be prioritized and must be placed by 11am to ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am will ship the next business day; carrier chosen at the discretion of Alba NEra. Unexpected and uncontrollable delays- incurred by e.g.: weather, holidays etc. will not result in a refund of express shipping cost.*
– Orders will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. Pre-ordered items will ship once they arrive, please visit the item’s product page for the intended ship date.
– All Alba Nera packages require an adult signature, once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
– Free shipping on all international orders.
– We ship all orders Monday – Friday within 24-48 hours of receipt of purchase from our Bastia workshop (excluding holidays.)

– Upon arrival to the destination country, orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear all or any additional charges for customs clearance.
– Alba Nera is not responsible and has no control over additional charges or delays due to customs clearance and cannot predict what they may be.
– All Alba Nera packages require an adult signature, once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.
– Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on international orders (we do not accept returns from outside of the Europe ). Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
