RETURNS
– Items eligible for return must be shipped within 7 calendar days after delivery. Delivery outside this window will be ineligible. Email us at contact@albanera.corsica to request a free shipping label.

– Returns must be unworn and in their original condition and full packaging.

– Please thoroughly seal your return in the original box with your order in-voice. If you decide to use another box, make sure it is well padded to prevent damage during transit.

– We process all returns within 7 business days. You will receive an email when your refund has been issued.

– Unfortunately, all International sales are Final (we do not accept returns from outside of Europe).

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Returns will be handled within 3-5 business days. Once your return has been processed you will receive a separate email issuing your refund. Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Unshipped orders are eligible for an exchange up to 60 days from the original purchase date. To exchange a shipped order, the original item must be returned (following the return procedure) and a new order must be placed. Please contact us at contact@albanera.corsica with any questions.
